Inner Child Map™
You Don't Need 100 More Inner Child Prompts.
You need to understand the pattern you keep repeating — and what you can practise instead.

Why a hundred prompts usually goes nowhere
If you have looked into inner child work at all, you have probably collected a lot of material by now. A list of fifty journal prompts. A set of affirmations. Three saved posts about wounded inner child signs. Possibly a PDF you downloaded and opened once.
The problem is not that the prompts are bad. Many of them are good. The problem is that a long list has no idea what is happening in your week, so it cannot tell you which four of the fifty are the ones that matter tonight. You end up doing the work of sorting before you can do any of the actual reflecting, and sorting is exactly the thing you have no appetite for at 10pm on a difficult day.
The second problem is subtler. Insight accumulates and nothing changes. You can describe your pattern with real precision — you know you over-explain, you know you go quiet, you know you say yes before you have decided — and still find yourself doing it on Thursday. That gap is not a motivation failure. It is what happens when the noticing has no matching practice attached to it.
Past pattern → present need → new response
The whole product is built on this one movement. Everything inside it is either helping you see the pattern, name the need, or practise the response.
The pattern
The situation that keeps coming back, what you feel first, what you assume before you have evidence, and what you do almost automatically.
The need
What you actually needed in that moment — reassurance, permission, a boundary, trust in your own call, rest, or space to feel something.
The new response
One different thing to try next time, small enough that you would still manage it on a bad day. Words, a pause, a boundary, or nothing at all.
Insight is useful. A different response is where practice begins.
What the Inner Child Map is
It is a private, interactive self-reflection and reparenting practice that runs in your browser. You start from the reflection area your free check pointed to, answer a short set of optional, non-invasive questions, and the Map assembles around your answers.
From then on it is a working space rather than a document. You log what happened when something knocked you sideways. You translate a harsh sentence into one you can hold. You build the exact wording for a boundary you are dreading. Over a few weeks the tool starts reflecting your own patterns back to you — in plain observational language, never as a verdict.
At the end you have My Inner Child Playbook™: your primary need, the situations you want to notice, your automatic response, the response you want to practise, your phrases, your boundary wording, your calm menu and your weekly focus. On one page. Printable.
What is free, and what the $9 adds

A closer look at four of them
Pattern Reflection — “What just happened?”
Six lines, three minutes, used in the hour after something knocks you sideways.
What happened · what I felt · what I immediately assumed · what I wanted to do · what I actually needed · what a more supportive response could look like. Each entry is tagged with the situation type, and the tracker surfaces observations like “conflict appears often in your recent reflections” — an observation, never a conclusion about you.
Inner Voice Translator
Type the harsh sentence. Get a version you can actually hold.
“I always ruin everything” becomes “I made a mistake. I can look at what happened and decide what to do next.” Not an affirmation — a balanced alternative, plus one question that keeps it honest. Unrealistic positivity bounces off; this is built not to.
Boundary Builder
Pick the situation. Get soft, clear and warm-but-firm wording for the same no.
Family, friend, partner, work, a one-off request, mid-conflict, a repeated demand, a last-minute ask. Each comes with a follow-up line for when someone pushes back once, and a note on what that boundary is actually protecting. Nothing here involves punishing anyone.
My Inner Child Playbook™

- Analytics, where used, records page events only — never your answers or your writing.
- No account, no password, no email list, no name, no date of birth.
- The product pages are marked noindex and excluded from the sitemap, so nothing private is crawlable.

What the Inner Child Map is not
- It is not psychotherapy.
- It is not trauma treatment.
- It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
- It is not a mental health assessment.
- It is not crisis care.
- It is not proof that anything happened in your childhood.
- It is not a replacement for professional support.
If you are dealing with intense or persistent distress, intrusive memories, dissociation, thoughts of harming yourself, ongoing abuse, or anything you are struggling to manage safely, this is not the right tool and we would rather say so plainly. Here is where to look instead.
